Carpet style: You will have your own idea about style, colour whether dark or light whether patterned, plain or flecked. Selecting your carpet style will be a personal decision for you but we are happy to help with your choice.
Fibre: This determines the carpet feel, look and how it wears. Wool is a natural product: wears well and is easy to maintain. Man-made carpets such as Polypropylene are very hard wearing and are resistant to most stains, many have a built in stain treatment.
Twist pile carpets are the most popular style chosen. The unique structure gives the carpet great durability and an 80% wool mix is most common. Plain, Berber, tweed and tonal effects are all available as twist pile carpet. It has a short pile perfect for high traffic areas such as hallways, stairs or main rooms.
Loop pile 100% wool or a mix of wool and other fibres. Like all carpets, a loop pile carpet will perform well if it is vacuumed regularly. It has a contemporary appearance where loops of twisted fibres are left uncut and has definition and interesting textures.
Saxony carpet is a shorter length than shag pile and offers a different look and a more textured appearance. The action of light reflecting over the pile gives an ever-changing effect. It feels soft and sumptuous and is popular in bedrooms and lounge areas.
Velvet pile carpet offer a smooth and elegant look providing a degree of luxury in appearance. Due to the natural characteristics of this carpet it can show shading or footmarks. It is available in a wide choice of colours.
Patterned Carpet can come in any form whether it's stripes, floral, damask or more traditional woven or printed design. It can add a new dimension to any room and it keeps its appearance.

We also uplift your old carpets and dispose of them. All areas will be cleared of waste material and hoovered through. If you have already bought your carpet elsewhere that is not a problem we can fit it for you.
